How to view a list of returns.
Viewing a List of Returns
If a customer does not have a receipt you can still create a return, but you will have to enter products manually.
To view a list of returns that have been created:
- While logged in to the POS, select the menu icon in the top left, and from the Returns section, select List Returns.
- Use the search box and filters to format the list of returns.
You may need to change the status to show returns that are older than 2 days.
