Configure your Accounting Dashboard default accounts in Cin7

This article provides you with step by step instructions on how to configure your Cin7 account to Xero.


Configure Accounting Dashboard default accounts in Cin7

Please ensure you have created the correct Chart of Accounts in Xero. 
  1. While logged in to Cin7 as an Administrator, from the left navigation, select Accounting.
  2. Select either Xero.
  3. Click the gear icon on the top left side of the screen
  4. Select Settings
  5. Click on the Start Setup Wizard link
  6. Read through the Xero Setup information then click, Next
  7. Choose your Inventory Method by using the dropdown box then click, Next

  8. Choose default accounts by using the dropdown box for each default account then click, Next
  9. Click on Back to Setup to return to the Accounting Dashboard settings page.
